April 6 - Philly Maker Faire
ColonialLUG attended Philly Maker Faire for the first time, continuing a tradition of brick-building displays established at this event by other groups of AFOLs. We displayed a table of MOCs, but the majority of our layout was an interactive, hands-on public build of a large LOVE statue.
We had a great time and are looking forward to submitting an application next year. Hopefully no boats catch on fire in the future! (the event staff handled the evacuation very professionally).
