Countless varieties of butterflies exist in nature, so the ColonialLUG Butterfly Build exists only to provide a platform for builders to express their creativity!
The body of this butterfly design uses just 21 common parts, and our four suggested wing arrangements add between 14-18 pieces each.
Builders are encouraged to decorate their butterfly builds however they desire! Black elements may not be the best choice for the butterfly you envision!
We used them in the examples because they are common. Experiment with other colors like blue, dark tan, and light gray!
